We guarantee our Christmas stockings are hand made with care and attention to detail. If you find a material defect we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can return or exchange your item.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

More than anything, we want you to be happy with your Christmas stockings from Hand Knit Holiday. Items ordered without personalization may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges.

 

Personalized products are considered final sale therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a material defect.  

 

BILLING TERMS

All items at Hand Knit Holiday must be paid for in full before we can process your order. Payment will be processed by credit card or can be paid through Paypal.
