I sent back a stocking. They were supposed to refund me because it doesn’t look like the picture and I got another one in the mail the same one.
I ordered two different stockings for Christmas. They arrived in a timely manner, but I wanted WHITE BLOCK style (name area). The color that they used was not WHITE. It was something in the beige family? When I asked for a discount due to the fact the order was not correct, we went back & forth communicating due to the error. No discount!!! Not very good customer service

I ordered a Christmas stocking 2 years ago from this company for my great-grandson & I was so pleased with the knitting, quality & craftsmanship of the stocking when I was blessed with my 2nd great-grandson I just had to buy one for him too.
I wanted a hand-knitted stocking for my new son-in-law that matched ours knitted by my mom over the years. When I saw they were using the same snowman pattern on my stocking from the late 60’s/early 70’s, I knew this was the place. The new one blends well with the others. I’m so happy with it! Thank you!!

LOVED this stocking for my husband so much that I bought 4 more for our family of 5. They remind me of stockings my grandma made when I was a kid and I was so excited to find them because I was wishing she was around to make them for our kiddos. They feel high quality, are large, and personalized perfectly. My favorite part are the details-Santa’s beard is fuzzy, pom-pom snowballs, sequins for bows etc. So very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to use them! Highly recommend!
